To maintain your status as a PALS AAA Dog Handler, ReCHAI requests the following:

• Pay Annual Membership and Insurance fees ($55.00)

• Handler has recorded all nursing home visits online.

• Nursing home has recorded online evaluation of visits.

• Handler obtain annual medical exam for Dog.
• Report online date performed
• Veterinarian Name
• Clinic name and address

• Schedule with PALS for Seniors Dog Behavior Tester.

• Handler and Dog complete Behavior Test.
  • Results documented online by tester
  • Tester provides new photo of handler and dog
