Information sheet for the Nursing Home
Liability insurance document
You can now contact the nursing home in your area to arrange making visits with their residents. Use the PALS for Seniors information sheet to introduce the animal assisted activity program to them. Ask them to complete the registration for Nursing Homes online so you can record your visits with them.
Maintain your active membership with PALS for Seniors by submitting the record of your visits.
You will be sent a reminder when it is time for your annual registration.
